The available programmes include:

1. Certificate in Human Resources Management (Level 6 NFQ)

o Focus: Human Resources roles in various business settings.

o Modules include: Role of HRM in Organisations, Resourcing Talent, Performance and

Reward Management, and more.

2. Certificate in Logistics and Supply Chain Management (Level 6 NFQ)

o Focus: Logistics and supply chain management in national and international markets.

o Modules include: Purchasing and Procurement, Operations and Logistics, Contract

Law, and more.

3. Certificate in Operations, Quality and Lean Management (Level 6 NFQ)

o Focus: Quality operations in manufacturing and service sectors.

o Modules include: Business Management, Quality Management, Lean Management,

and more.

These programmes are fully funded under the Springboard+ initiative, making them accessible to

eligible applicants at no cost. The programmes aim to reskill or upskill participants, making them competitive for roles in their chosen fields.
