The Mindful Mile is a group walk organized to celebrate National Walking Day. It’s not about speed or distance but about being fully present during your walk. The route takes us through scenic parts of town, ending at The Green, where you can soak up some fresh air and natural sunlight. After the walk, we’ll gather for a 15-minute guided meditation session led by an app recording This session will help you reset your mind and prepare for a productive afternoon.
